Colombia in the last two decades of the 20th century, experienced one of the bloodiest times in its history, where several conflicts coexisted at the same time, the Guerrilla against the State, the State against the Medellín Cartel and the war between the Cartel of Cali and the Medellin Cartel. “OPERACIÓN NAPOLES”, is the first film in the saga of three feature films based on real life events, which are part of the Universe of Stories of the: Caballeros de Cali.

This saga is told by its protagonists, based on the experiences of one of the main material actors of the events and the interviews held with the intellectual actor of the same, from the place of his imprisonment in a prison in the United States. Miguel Angel Rodriguez Orejuela, his brother and his associates, leaders of the Cali Cartel, as well as the most decorated retired Colombian Army Major in guerrilla warfare, Luis Mario del Vasto Ceron, will be the most accurate version of what they are and were these characters in the family, organizational and criminal.
